BW-Fixatoren® –
Series ME:
BW-Fixators® from the ME series are the ideal alignment elements for vertical and horizontal alignment of electric motors, pumps, compressors, and cooling units. With our BW-Fixator®, shafts can be easily aligned with each other. They are also very well suited as an adjustment aid for shaft alignment systems.
They are easy to adjust and precise, which significantly reduces the time required for alignment. With a wide range of accessories and anchoring options, we offer the right solution for every application.
Unlike its predecessor, the MS series, the ME series is characterized by a particularly high degree of customization. The leg lengths of the bolted pressure angles can be selected as required. This means you can find the perfect BW-Fixator® for your application.

Product description:
The BW-Fixator® ME consists of a threaded ring with two vertical angles offset by 90° and pressure screws for horizontal alignment (1), a load-bearing screw element including the adjustment and clamping screw welded to it for vertical adjustment (2), and a spherical bearing plate (3). Supplied as standard with a lock nut (4) and counter nut (5). The BW-Fixator® ME is generally mounted on a steel base frame.

Product description:
The BW-Fixator® ME variant bolt-through consists of a threaded ring with two vertical angles offset by 90° and pressure screws for horizontal alignment (1), a load-bearing screw element with a hexagon head for height adjustment (2), and a spherical bearing plate (3). The variant bolt-through can be supplied with two types of foundation anchoring and is generally mounted on the machine foundation.
